Region: Thermenregion, Lower Austria      
Vinyard:  "Vineyard: The vineyard “Mandel-­?Höh“ is located on the south-­east front of the Anninger hill, between the towns of Traiskirchen, Gumpoldskirchen and Pfaffstätten. Age of the vines 50 years.     
Soil: Calcareous soil (limestone alps) with shell limestone sediments from the Tertiary. Small level of weathered brown soil (Pararenzina) with sandy clay.    
Harvest: End October
certified: organic
Density on harvest: 22° KMW       
Vinification: Hole grape pressed; spontaneous fermentation in traditional large and neutral wood barrels; maturation on fine yeast (sur lie) for 10 months.
14 days at around 20° C          
Malo-lactic fermentation: none      
Alcohol: 14.0% vol      
Total titrateable acid: 6.5 g/l      
Residual sugars:  7g/l dry      
Recommended serving temperature: 13° C       

Taste:
ripe apple, quince, melon, lime, grapefruit, fresh honey, white almond, salty
minerality, fine acidity, rich structure, long and elegant finish.

To drink 15 years.
